We offer a new and fresh approach to motorcycle touring Holidays
Welcome to Blueyonder Motorcycle Tours where we offer a new and fresh approach to
motorcycle touring, with the emphasis firmly on fun, value for money and on giving
you a great riding experience. Our 2012 Motorcycle tours include great UK Bike tours
to Devon and Cornwall, as well as superb tours to Normandy and elsewhere in France
including our new Champagne to Cider tour through the Champagne region and on to
Normandy.
From the very start of a Blueyonder tour experience you will be made to feel welcome and at ease. Before each ride you will have an informal briefing on the route and what you can expect from the roads we will be riding together. Blueyonder is now famous for its fabulous road selections, which always include a heady mix of smooth and sinuous A road, with the added spice of the technically testing and remote, “road less travelled”. As a bonus, you will also ride through some of the most stunning scenery the UK, France and Germany have to offer.
Blueyonder tours are generally aimed at experienced riders, but we will guide and advise you as to which tour may best suit your touring needs.
At Blueyonder we tour with small groups only: the maximum number of bikes we will
take is ten. For most tours, we also include two guiders, a leader and a “tail-end
Charlie”. With bigger groups, to keep the group together we ride with a “corner marking”
system, but don’t worry as this is very simple to use and allows everyone to ride
at his or her own pace and not have to chase to keep the bike in front in sight.

Wherever possible, Blueyonder don’t take you on miles of tedious dual carriageway or trunk road and don’t make you ride for hours on end without a break! We will give you plenty of opportunities to stop to take in the scenery or grab a coffee or a snack, relax and have a quick chat about where you’ve just ridden.
Here at Blueyonder we believe that after a day in the saddle, you deserve to stay somewhere that is warm, comfortable and serves good quality food or is close to a good choice of restaurants; that’s why we personally check out our hotels. If you come with your friends and want to share a room, we can help by passing on to you the reduction in price per head. Equally, if you want a single this too can be accommodated at reasonable cost.
You can come on a Blueyonder tour with friends, a partner or on your own, one thing is for sure: by the end of the tour you will have plenty of new biking mates, with whom you will want to tour again. At BYT we take a female-friendly approach to the tours and have a female guider as a part of the team and we have welcomed many women on our tours.
Blueyonder knows that your spare time is precious to you and that there are many other demands from family or work. That’s why our tours are generally 3 or 4 day events over a long weekend to help you balance these constraints.
Did you know that Blueyonder has an active facebook and Twitter page, click on the

news and events, you can also have fun networking with other bikers from all over
the world!
At Blueyonder we are all total bike nuts! Calling us enthusiasts doesn’t even begin to describe it. We just love our bikes and going out for a ride - we know you do too, so come and join in the fun in 2012!
